Joseph Bales founded Fired Synapse in 2022 after several years of professional IT work with cloud and security specialization. Joe sees Fired Synapse as a means to connect meaningfully with companies of all shapes and sizes.
Micah Burks has nearly a decade of experience in managing small to mid sized companies with a focus on project management, company vision, and strong workplace culture. Micah Joined Fired Synapse in 2023 as the CPO.
